Dave moved to
Southwest Florida after college in 1973 from upstate New York.
Locating in Marco
Island, he worked for the Deltona Corporation, the developer of
Marco Island. “There wasn’t even a traffic light at the time on
Marco Island and Naples was little more than a few stores and
restaurants on the corner of 41 and 5th Ave South”.
After changing careers from the restaurant business to the lending
industry, Dave completed and passed The Florida Mortgage Broker
School and became a licensed Florida Mortgage Broker in 1992.

since then.
This background has allowed me to gain an extensive knowledge of
mortgage products which I pass along to my customers.”
